How we developed the BUTA'I skincare line from an Israeli lab to European shelves
A complete natural skincare line developed from concept to production-ready product, including patented delivery technology, full regulatory documentation, and commercial launch in leading department stores and international media.

A complete skincare line, one ingredient at a time
The client approached us with a clear goal: a completely natural skincare line with performance levels that rival synthetic products, without compromising on a single non-plant or non-mineral ingredient. This is exactly the kind of challenge where on-paper formulation breaks down, requiring real laboratory work.
The result: nine face and body products under the BUTA'I brand, from a 12-hour moisturizing day cream to a refreshing foot gel, each based on a specific active ingredient pair, documented and ready for transfer to mass production.
- Day Ultra-moisturizing cream with Coenzyme Q10 and pomegranate oil
- Night Nourishing cream with lycopene and Indian white lotus
- Eyes Smoothing cream with natural lutein and green tea
- Cleansing Gentle wash with almond and milk protein

When the challenge is natural, the solution must be scientific
The main problem in natural cosmetics is delivery: how do you transfer a delicate active ingredient deep into the skin without the synthetic materials that stabilize and carry it in conventional products? For BUTA'I, we developed a natural delivery system based on nanometric drops, Nanodroplet technology, a patented solution that stabilizes and delivers the active ingredient to the skin without compromising the purity of the composition.
The result received recognition from the strict German standard for controlled natural cosmetics (BDIH), enabling textures that compare directly to synthetic products in terms of gentleness, absorption, and sensory feel—exactly where most "natural" developments fail.
A formulation that stands the test of production and retail
A formulation that works in a lab beaker is just the beginning. BUTA'I went all the way from development, through production-ready documentation, to actual shelves in the Printemps department store in Paris and other retail locations across Europe.
This is exactly the promise we stand behind in every project: not a concept on paper, but a formulation that holds up from the lab to the shelf.

This is the level of work we bring to every project
BUTA'I is one example from decades of practical work in formulation development. Every new project we accept into the lab, whether it's an early-stage skincare startup or an established manufacturer expanding an existing line, benefits from the same level of precision, regulatory guidance, and forward-planning for true mass production.
The work is carried out in a completely private and confidential laboratory, under non-disclosure agreements, just as this project was executed.
